• The tournament is organised in two editions every year.تُنظَّم البطولة على نسختين في كل سنة.
• The first edition of each year takes place in early December.تُقام النسخة الأولى من كل سنة خلال بداية شهر ديسمبر.
• Each edition runs for 30 days from the opening ceremony to the final.تمتد كل نسخة على مدى 30 يوماً، من حفل الافتتاح إلى المباراة النهائية.

• Two competition systems are used inside the event: a group system and a direct knockout system.تعتمد البطولة على نظامين للمنافسة داخل الحدث: نظام المجموعات، ونظام الإقصائيات المباشرة.

• Each edition features 16 clubs.تضم البطولة 16 نادياً في كل نسخة.
• The 16 clubs are drawn into four groups of four clubs each.تُقسَّم الأندية الستة عشر إلى أربع مجموعات، كل مجموعة من أربعة أندية.
• The competition is divided into a group stage and a knockout stage.يتم تقسيم المنافسة إلى دور المجموعات ومرحلة الإقصائيات.
• The top two clubs of each group qualify for the knockout stage — eight clubs in total — according to the official standings.يتأهل أول ناديين من كل مجموعة إلى مرحلة الإقصائيات، أي ثمانية أندية في المجموع، وفق الترتيب الرسمي.

• Clubs compete during the first stage on an official schedule set by the organising committee.تتنافس الأندية خلال المرحلة الأولى وفق جدول رسمي تحدده اللجنة المنظمة.
• Each club plays the three other clubs of its group — 3 matches per club, 24 group matches in total.يلعب كل نادٍ ضد الأندية الثلاثة الأخرى في مجموعته: 3 مباريات لكل نادٍ، و24 مباراة في دور المجموعات.
• 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.3 نقاط للفوز، ونقطة واحدة للتعادل، و0 نقطة للخسارة.

If two or more clubs in the same group are level on pointsفي حالة تساوي ناديين أو أكثر في المجموعة نفسها في النقاط

• Knockout matches are played on a direct elimination basis.مباريات الإقصائيات تُلعب بنظام الخروج المباشر.
• The loser of the match leaves the competition.الخاسر في المباراة يُغادر المنافسة.
• In the event of a draw, the official deciding system of the tournament is applied.في حالة التعادل، يتم اللجوء إلى نظام حسم رسمي تحدده البطولة.
• Eight clubs enter the knockout stage: the quarter-finals.تدخل ثمانية أندية مرحلة الإقصائيات ابتداءً من ربع النهائي.
• The final phase includes the quarter-finals, the semi-finals and the final.تتضمن المرحلة النهائية: ربع النهائي، ونصف النهائي، والمباراة النهائية.
• The best clubs are crowned according to the official results of the competition.تُتوَّج أفضل الأندية وفق نتائج المنافسة الرسمية.

• Matches are played 7 against 7.تُلعب المباريات بنظام 7 ضد 7.
• Each club list contains 7 starters on the pitch and 5 substitutes.تضم قائمة كل نادٍ 7 لاعبين أساسيين داخل الملعب و5 لاعبين على مقاعد البدلاء.
• The total squad size is 12 players.العدد الإجمالي لكل فريق هو 12 لاعباً.
• The match is played over two halves.تُلعب المباراة على شوطين.
• Base match time is 40 minutes — 20 minutes per half.مدة المباراة الأساسية هي 40 دقيقة، بواقع 20 دقيقة لكل شوط.
• A half-time break is organised according to the official programme.يتم تنظيم فترة راحة بين الشوطين وفق البرنامج الرسمي للبطولة.

In the group stageفي دور المجموعات

• A draw may stand, with one point awarded to each team.يمكن اعتماد نتيجة التعادل ومنح نقطة لكل فريق.

In the knockout stageفي مرحلة الإقصائيات

• The match must be decided to determine who qualifies.يجب حسم المباراة لتحديد المتأهل.
• If regular time ends level, the match goes straight to the deciding kicks under the official system.في حالة انتهاء الوقت الأصلي بالتعادل، يتم اللجوء مباشرة إلى ركلات الحسم وفق النظام الرسمي للبطولة.
• The Goal-to-Goal Shootout may be adopted as one of the tournament's signature systems.يمكن اعتماد نظام Goal-to-Goal Shootout كأحد الأنظمة الخاصة والمميزة للبطولة.

🟦 Blue cardالبطاقة الزرقاء

• Used for medium offences or unsporting behaviour.تُستخدم للمخالفات المتوسطة أو السلوك غير الرياضي.
• Leads to a temporary suspension of the player for a defined period.تؤدي إلى إيقاف مؤقت للاعب لمدة محددة.
• The player returns after the sanction ends, by decision of the referee.يعود اللاعب بعد انتهاء مدة العقوبة وفق قرار الحكم.

🟥 Red cardالبطاقة الحمراء

• Used for serious offences.تُستخدم للمخالفات الخطيرة.
• Leads to the player being sent off.تؤدي إلى طرد اللاعب من المباراة.
• The organising committee may impose additional sanctions depending on the severity.يحق للجنة المنظمة اتخاذ عقوبات إضافية حسب خطورة المخالفة.

Card ruleقاعدة البطاقات

• Two blue cards may be counted as one red card, per the system proposed in the tournament document.يمكن اعتماد قاعدة أن بطاقتين زرقاوين تعادلان بطاقة حمراء، وفق النظام المقترح في وثيقة البطولة.

• Substitutions are allowed among the players registered on the club list.يُسمح بإجراء التبديلات من بين اللاعبين المسجلين في قائمة النادي.
• They are made following the referee's instructions and inside the designated zone.تتم التبديلات وفق تعليمات الحكم والمنطقة المخصصة لذلك.
• A rolling substitution system may be adopted to raise the speed and rhythm of the competition.يمكن اعتماد نظام التبديلات المفتوحة لزيادة سرعة وإيقاع المنافسة.

The tournament is distinguished by special cards and rules that raise the level of excitement and entertainment. Each team may receive strategic cards to use during the match: تتميز البطولة باعتماد بطاقات وقوانين خاصة تزيد من عنصر الإثارة والترفيه. ويمكن لكل فريق الحصول على بطاقات استراتيجية تُستخدم خلال المباراة:

• 🎴 Double Goal Card — for a defined period, a goal scored while the card is active counts as two.بطاقة الهدف المضاعف — لمدة زمنية محددة، يُحتسب الهدف المسجل خلال تفعيلها بهدفين.
• 🎴 Penalty Card — grants the team a direct penalty kick under the approved rules.بطاقة ضربة الجزاء — تمنح الفريق فرصة تنفيذ ركلة جزاء مباشرة وفق القواعد المعتمدة.
• 🎴 Temporary Suspension Card — suspends one player of the opposing team for a defined period.بطاقة الإيقاف المؤقت — تؤدي إلى إيقاف أحد لاعبي الفريق المنافس لمدة محددة.
• 🎴 Star Player Card — a nominated player's goals may carry double value for a defined window.بطاقة اللاعب النجم — يمكن منح أهداف لاعب محدد قيمة مضاعفة خلال فترة زمنية معينة.
• 🎴 Partner / Sponsor Card — special rules or challenges tied to the edition or the official partner.البطاقة الخاصة بالشريك أو الراعي — قوانين أو تحديات خاصة مرتبطة بالنسخة أو الشريك الرسمي.

This concept is based on the Wild Cards system proposed in the tournament file. يعتمد هذا المفهوم على نظام Wild Cards المقترح في ملف البطولة.

Before matches or during defined windows, the special rule wheel may be activated. It may include: قبل المباريات أو خلال فترات محددة، يمكن تفعيل عجلة القوانين الخاصة. وقد تشمل:

• Cancelling the offside rule.إلغاء قانون التسلل.

• The organising committee reserves the right to review player eligibility.تحتفظ اللجنة المنظمة بحق مراجعة أهلية اللاعبين.

• A points deduction in exceptional cases.خصم نقاط في الحالات الاستثنائية.
• Exclusion of the club or the player in case of a serious violation.استبعاد النادي أو اللاعب عند وجود مخالفة جسيمة.

Each edition is played over 31 official matches: 24 in the group stage, then 4 quarter-finals, 2 semi-finals and the final — spread across the 30 days of the programme, roughly one match a day. تُقام كل نسخة على 31 مباراة رسمية: 24 مباراة في دور المجموعات، ثم 4 مباريات في ربع النهائي، ومباراتان في نصف النهائي، والمباراة النهائية — موزعة على 30 يوماً من البرنامج، بمعدل مباراة في اليوم تقريباً.
